First built in the Philippines in 1994 the GT 500 has always been maintained and hangared at the Angeles City Flying Club.

It has been regularly serviced and needs no major repairs.

Very reliable and cruises at 75 mph at 5200 rpm at around 4 gallons per hr with a top speed of 95 mph at 6200 rpm.

The adjustable horizontal stabilizer makes it very efficient compared to trim tab models. Ideal for cross country flights, see for more photos and videos.

A slight runway incursion with a mango tree prompted a rebuild in 2011 with a new Rotax bluehead 582 complete with carbs, gearbox, warp drive propeller and a complete new set of genuine quicksilver sails.The plane has flown around 170 hrs since and has 463 hrs on the hobbs.
